1. Services

Art of Mount (operated by LBNV LLC) provides professional installation services including TV mounting, home theater setup, ceiling fan installation, light fixture installation, mirror and art mounting, and smart home setup in the Raleigh, NC Triangle area.

By booking a service through our website or by phone, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. We will contact you within a few hours to confirm availability and schedule your installation.

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

3. Pricing

Prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on wall type, installation complexity, additional materials required, and travel distance. Any additional costs will be communicated before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and check. Art of Mount carries full liability insurance on every job.

4. Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

Art of Mount takes professional care with every installation. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to walls, electrical systems, or other property. We are not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects in mounting hardware or equipment provided by the customer.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our work. If there is an issue with our installation within 1 year of service, we will return to correct it at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer or third parties.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation location is accessible and that any necessary permissions (e.g., HOA, landlord approval) have been obtained prior to service.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
