Moving to a new home? Don't trust your mounted TVs to general movers. We professionally remove, protect, transport, and reinstall your televisions — mounts, wiring, and all.
What's Included
White-Glove TV Relocation is a full-service package — not just a dismount and a handoff. We handle every step from your old home to your new one, so your TVs arrive exactly as they were: mounted, wired, and ready to watch.
Step 01
Professional Removal
We carefully dismount every TV, remove brackets, and patch or cap any wall openings. Your old home is left clean.
Step 02
Protection & Transport
Each TV is wrapped in professional-grade padding and transported securely — no cardboard-and-blanket guesswork.
Step 03
Reinstallation
At your new home, we mount every TV on the walls you choose — with proper hardware for the surface type, leveled and secure.
Step 04
Wiring & Cleanup
Cables reconnected, wire concealment restored, everything tested. Move-in day ends with your TVs working — not sitting on the floor.
Why Not Just Let the Movers Handle It?
General movers treat a mounted TV like furniture: yank it off the wall, toss a blanket on it, and hope for the best. Here's what actually goes wrong — and why it matters.
Screen Damage
TVs over 55" flex when carried flat. One wrong grip and the panel cracks from inside — invisible until you turn it on. Movers don't carry panel-safe padding.
Mount Hardware Lost
Movers pull the TV off the bracket and leave the hardware bag somewhere in a box. At the new house, you're missing bolts, spacers, or the whole mounting plate.
Wall Damage
Ripping a mount off drywall without proper tools leaves torn anchors, cracked drywall, and exposed wiring. That's now a repair bill on top of a moving bill.
No Reinstallation
Movers drop TVs off. They don't mount them. Day one in your new home: TVs leaning against walls, cables everywhere, no one available to install for weeks.
What We Handle That Movers Don't
Stud-finding and anchoring at the new home. Different walls, different stud patterns, different surfaces. We assess the new walls and mount with the right hardware — not just wherever the old holes were.
In-wall wire concealment. If your old home had clean wiring, we restore it at the new location. If it didn't — this is a great time to upgrade.
Soundbar and accessory reinstallation. Soundbars, shelves, cable boxes, Apple TVs — everything goes back up in the right order, connected and tested.
Multiple TVs, multiple rooms. Most relocations involve 2–4 TVs across the house. We handle all of them in one visit — bedroom, living room, basement, office.
Service Area
White-Glove TV Relocation is available throughout the Raleigh-Durham Triangle — including Raleigh, Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Durham, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Fuquay-Varina, and Garner. Moves within the Triangle are standard. Moves outside the 30-mile radius from Apex may include a travel fee — call for details.
We coordinate timing with your move: removal at the old house and installation at the new house can happen on the same day or on separate days, depending on your moving schedule.

Common Questions
How many TVs can you relocate in one visit?+
There's no fixed limit. Most relocations involve 2–4 TVs. If you have more, we'll plan the timing accordingly. Every TV in your home can be handled in a single appointment.
Do you patch the holes at the old house?+
We remove all hardware and can do basic patching and filling of anchor holes. For full drywall repair and painting, we'd recommend a handyman — but the bolt holes and brackets will be cleanly removed.
What if the walls in the new house are different?+
That's exactly why you hire specialists. Brick, concrete, plaster, different stud spacing — we assess every wall at the new location and use the right anchoring for the surface. Your mount goes where you want it, safely.
Can you do removal and installation on different days?+
Yes. Many clients prefer removal at the old house a day or two before the move, and installation at the new house once furniture is in place. We'll schedule around your timeline.
Do I need to keep my old mount hardware?+
We handle everything — including tracking and transporting all hardware. If a mount or bracket needs replacing at the new location, we carry professional-grade hardware and can swap it on the spot.
