The Challenge

This Roxboro fireplace installation called for a 75" LG TV, a motorized pull-down mount, and a Sonos soundbar on a stone-clad fireplace. With a large motorized mount, accurate placement was critical before the first hole was drilled.

The mounting points needed to align with the relevant structure concealed behind the stone while keeping the finished TV centered over the mantel.

Our Solution

Art of Mount mapped the relevant framing behind the fireplace, planned the mount position and clearances, and carefully laid out the attachment points before drilling through the finished stone. Once the mounting position was established, the motorized pull-down mount was installed, followed by the 75" LG TV and Sonos soundbar.

The Result

The finished installation keeps the TV and soundbar visually integrated as one clean fireplace AV setup while providing the flexibility of a motorized pull-down viewing position.
