We install the Frame TV the way Samsung intended: flush against the wall using the official No-Gap Wall Mount, with the OneConnect cable routed cleanly out of sight. When you walk into the room, you see art — not a TV on a wall bracket.
The Frame TV uses a proprietary No-Gap Wall Mount that's different from standard TV mounts. It requires precise alignment, specific spacing from the wall, and the OneConnect cable must be routed before the TV is fully seated. We've done this enough to know the pitfalls — and how to avoid them.
The OneConnect box handles all your HDMI, power, and other connections. We route the thin OneConnect cable inside the wall or through a raceway, and place the box inside your media console or in a hidden location. The result: one beautiful flat frame with nothing visible from the front.
We install all Samsung Frame TV sizes: 32", 43", 50", 55", 65", 75", and 85". Each size uses a different No-Gap mount bracket — we bring the correct hardware for your specific model.

The Samsung No-Gap Wall Mount is a separate purchase — available at Samsung.com or Best Buy for your specific Frame TV size (32" through 85" each have a different bracket). We install the mount you provide. If you're not sure which one to order, just ask when booking and we'll point you to the right one.
Almost. The Samsung No-Gap Wall Mount gets the Frame TV very close to the wall — typically 15–25mm depending on the model — which is dramatically flatter than a standard mount. From the front it looks like a framed painting on the wall. There is a small gap visible from the side, but that's by Samsung's design to allow for ventilation.
We route the OneConnect cable and place the box where it's most convenient for you — typically inside your media console or entertainment center. With in-wall concealment, the cable runs inside the wall and the box sits completely hidden.
Yes. Frame TVs above fireplaces look especially stunning since the art mode makes it look like a painting above the mantel. We assess heat levels and may recommend a slightly tilted or adjustable position for comfort.
